 When working with models, just prior to a session I will typically shoot some lo-fi video footage. I do this to get a sense of the person. People react very differently when instructed to sit still in front of a camera for 3 or 4 minutes. While some feel comfortable, there are many that cant tolerate the psychic tension of a filming camera and dead silence. This is something that I plan to expand upon and possibly work into a project of its own.
